We develop a comprehensive understanding of the vendor’s business, its operations and the industry in which it operates, and profile recent M&A activity;

Prepare the business for sale
We work with accounting, tax and legal advisors (where appropriate) to ensure the business is ready for sale;

Corporate valuation
We complete a business or equity valuation in order to set price expectations and structure our fee arrangements. These valuations are transparent and linked to observed market transaction data in order to ensure the client has reasonable expectations and that our fee arrangements are commensurate to the business’ value.

Prepare marketing materials:
We prepare the marketing materials such as Information Memorandums and Investment Flyers and present the opportunity to the market;

Search
We identify and approach potential acquirers;

Project management – due diligence
We project manage the due diligence process;

Negotiations
We negotiate the deal between the two parties;

Troubleshooting
We provide ad hoc advice during the transaction documentation stage in order to ensure the transaction is not derailed; and

Project management
We project manage the divestment throughout the entire process.
